One-Day Course on the Basics of Patrol-Related Arrests
This one-day course provides the basics of patrol-related arrests as well as advanced methods of concealment. Students will have the opportunity to access an actual hidden compartment (trap) during the practical exercise of the performance measurement segment of the course. The instructor is one of the original DEA Operation Pipeline cadre and has provided this course throughout the country as well as Canada, to thousands of police officers. This course is designed to provide the average patrol officer with training in constitutionally compliant methods for conducting patrol-related drug investigations, as well as providing an experienced tactical patrol officer with the requisite knowledge necessary to transition from practitioner to expert.
After providing the proven and legal techniques to the students during the lecture part of the course, they will receive in-depth and hands-on practical instruction on
identifying and accessing hidden compartments. The instructor has created an electronically activated hidden compartment, providing an unparalleled training experience for the student.
