More Than 30 Years of Experience in Police Work
Dr. Rosell has enjoyed a lengthy and productive career in public safety that spans over four decades. He spent 27 years in the New Jersey State Police, retiring at the rank of Captain. The breadth of his career includes road duty, undercover narcotics, station investigations, internal affairs, SWAT supervisor, drug interdiction commander, large scale drug seizure expert witness, promotional exam subject matter expert, policy advisor to the Superintendent, and Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). He served in numerous command and leadership positions. In 2005, he commanded a 140 + Law Enforcement Task Force in post-Katrina New Orleans.
